Steps in a full analysis would include:

5. Market needs assessment through primary or secondary market research

6. Comparison of market needs to current product/program offerings

7. Findings report

Strategy Agreement

Findings from this analysis are used to recommend strategies to support your project goals.  Once we have client agreement on strategy we are able to proceed to the development of program/project proposals that will increase your revenue, profitability and valuation.

Recommendations are then developed based on this solid foundation of market and customer knowledge.  This approach insures that results meet both of our company’s demanding requirements.

Customized Programs

Each program PMC designs is unique, based on the characteristics of your customer’s needs and market environment.  Programs are detailed and complete, allowing immediate implementation by your team, our team or a combination of the two.

CEO Co-pilot

Sometimes all you need is someone who has been there to bounce ideas off of.  To answer this common need, we provide CEO and other Senior Executives Co-pilot services.  We are on call to answer a questions, discuss problems or ideas or to jump in and get something done.

Interim Management

If your needs are more comprehensive, PMC offers part-time or full-time interim management for CEO, COO, CMO, V.P. Marketing, and V.P. Sales/Business Development positions.  In today's economy and competitive environment many companies are finding that they need people with these senior level skill sets on their teams, but cannot justify a full-time, permanent employee.  We fill this need with our interim executive program.
